Daily Admission
Day passes can be purchase in-person at the door. Ticket pricing is subject to change based on availability. All admission purchases are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Guests may tour up to 90 minutes after the last entry. Feed and pet a variety of sea life and reptiles.*
*Some animals are free to touch. Feedings require the purchase of tokens for animal food.
Feeding Tokens
Feeding tokens are used for feeding our animals. They aren’t a required purchase, but they will elevate your interactive experience to a different level. Feeding Tokens can be purchased at the gift shop or front desk, never expire, and are good any time, any day!

One token equals about one cup of food.

Planning a birthday party or special event? Look no further – Jungle Reef is here to make your celebration extraordinary. We offer a stunning 400 sq. ft. party room that boasts an exclusive view into our mesmerizing shark tank. With our reasonable pricing and customizable options, your party will be an unforgettable experience.
The flat rate fee includes up to 15 guests. Each additional guest will be priced at the discounted rate of $9.99. Party room reservation is for a maximum of one hour and 45 minutes. The Party Room has a maximum capacity of 50 people.

For in-person bookings, our party coordinator will be present at our location to assist guests and guide them through the online submission form to complete the party reservation. The Party Coordinator will fill out a Banquet Event Order (BEO) on your behalf stating everything you expect within your party/event
HOW PARTIES ARE ORCHESTRATED – Our party experience at Jungle Reef is thoughtfully designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable celebration for all. Here's how it works:

Guests will convene in the gift shop area, where our Party Coordinator or Host will escort them to the designated Party Room. The Party Room will be pre-set according to the agreed-upon BEO, complete with any requested add-ons. If guests have ordered food, it will be served within 10 minutes of their arrival.

Within the Party Room, our party host will provide day pass wristbands based on the signed and paid-for BEO. Additional wristbands can be purchased at the discounted rate of $9.99 per guest. Guests interested in acquiring extra feeding tokens can also do so at this time.

FOOD ARRANGEMENTS – For guests interested in adding food options, we kindly request a 72-hour window for Pizzas to schedule and accommodate their requests. Other Food orders, including platters of fries, corn dogs, Chicken Tenders and more, require a one-week advance notice to ensure prompt delivery.

DURATION OF PARTY OR EVENT – The party room is reserved for 1 hour and 45 minutes. After the 1:45-minute celebration, our party hosts will graciously ask guests to transition to enjoy our attractions and venues, making way for the next scheduled party.

ARRIVAL TIME FOR GUESTS – To make the most of the 1 hour and 45-minute party duration, we recommend guests arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled party time.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT – For each party reservation, a non-refundable security deposit of $50 is required. This deposit secures your booking and ensures the availability of your chosen party package.

CANCELLATION POLICY – While the security deposit is nonrefundable, we offer the flexibility to transfer it to another date provided you provide a 72-hour notice in advance. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to promptly addressing any concerns that may arise.

REMAINING BALANCE PAYMENT – To facilitate a seamless and enjoyable party experience, we offer the option to take care of the remaining balance before your party begins. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can settle the remaining balance, including any additional add-ons, after your party has concluded at the front register. This flexibility ensures a hassle-free and memorable celebration for all our guests.
